CultTech Residency is a hybrid collaborative program that brings together artists, technologists, and cultural researchers to explore how technology can shape new forms of creative expression.
The program is initiated by CultTech Association in collaboration with leading tech partners that offer innovative technologies for creative industries.
How the Residency Works
CultTech Residency unfolds in two connected tracks:
Educational Program A series of online sessions led by tech experts and producers, focused on tools, ideas, and methods for tech-based artistic practice.
CultTech Lab (& Project Showcase) A collaborative space where selected participants co-create project sketches with technology partners, supported by mentorship, prototyping sessions, and an in-person camp in Linz.
Lab participants move on to pitch their projects and present them publicly at the CultTech Summit in October.
We aim to grow a vibrant community of practice — one through shared knowledge, the other through shared making.
